DIMAPUR — The Department of Philosophy, Fazl Ali College, Mokokchung, organised the fifth session of The Thinking Hat Talk Series on October 15 at the college conference hall.
According to an update, the session was chaired by Dr. Alemtola, assistant professor, Department of Philosophy.
The resource person for the talk was Rev. Dr. K Dhanbir Rai, professor of Religion at Clark Theological College, Mokokchung, who spoke on the topic “Philosophy of Bhagavad Gita and its correlation with Indian politics and hindu fundamentalists”.

Dr. Rai discussed the moral and philosophical dimensions of the Bhagavad Gita and reflected on their relevance to contemporary social and political contexts. He highlighted the role of conscience in moral decision-making and emphasised the need for individuals and society to uphold ethical values.
The talk concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session, followed by a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Bendanginla, associate professor and head of the Department of Philosophy.
