DIMAPUR — A training on the citizen SEWA Chatbot for officers and staff of various departments under Bhandari sub-division was held at the Dobashi Court, Bhandari, on April 7.
Gourango Ghosh, District Informatics Officer of Wokha (DIC) NIC, stated that the Chatbot creates an accessible district-level digital governance platform where every citizen can access essential government services anytime.
According to a DIPR report, speaking on the various aspects of how the SEWA Chatbot functions for users and agents, he highlighted services such as government schemes and services, which provide complete guidance on welfare programmes, certificates, and documentation.
He also pointed out emergency reporting, which offers rapid responses for urgent citizen concerns.

Workshop on floriculture and apiculture held in Wokha
Ghosh mentioned citizens' engagements and grievance redressal, which enable citizens to track complaints and receive timely updates from responsible departments. He further noted departmental supports, which provide direct access to government officers and assistance through one platform.
Kilangtemsu, Extra Assistant Commissioner of Bhandari, encouraged the officers, staff of all governmental departments, and public leaders attending the training to stay updated and be well-informed of the citizens' services platform to serve the public better as users and agents.
