DIMAPUR — Ao Youth Organisation Chümoukedima organised a skill development symposium and seminar at Mount Mary College, Chümoukedima, on Saturday.
The event witnessed participation from students, youth, entrepreneurs, and community members, according to an update.
It featured three technical sessions. Medoneizo Putsure, Founder and CEO of Bambusa Express and JOME Foods Pvt. Ltd., spoke on digital business, inspiring participants to embrace innovation and entrepreneurship.
Imnayangner Imchen, Assistant General Manager of the Nagaland Tool Room and Training Centre, highlighted various technical and vocational training opportunities, including Industry 4.0 and AI-based programmes.
I Sashi Pongener, Financial Advisor to the Business Association of Nagas and Consultant to Nagaland State Co-operative Bank Ltd., shared insights on financial management and self-employment, stressing financial discipline and sustainable entrepreneurship.
Each session concluded with an interactive question-and-answer segment, providing participants with practical guidance and learning opportunities.
