According to an update, the interactive session was organised by Dr. Vandini Setia, with the primary objective of strengthening the emotional well-being of the families, recognising their silent resilience and vital contribution behind the scenes.
The discussion highlighted how mindful communication acts as both a protective shield and a healing touch, helping families navigate the unique challenges, long separations, and emotional demands associated with military life.
The event featured engaging open-forum discussions and creative exercises where participants shared their experiences, personal stories, and insights on fostering empathy and deeper understanding within the household.
