DIMAPUR — Kohima Old Boys, Kohima Legends, and Lhomithi registered victories in their respective matches of the ongoing Senior's Masters League (SML) 3 in Chümoukedima.
On December 19, Nzon CC won the toss and chose to bat, posting 122/7 in 20 overs. Kohima Old Boys chased the target, reaching 123/4.
According to an update, Meren Jamir anchored the inning with 75 runs, supported by Vitoshe Yeptho with 19 runs. Meren Jamir was named Man of the Match.
In the first match on December 21, Chümou Veterans opted to field after winning the toss. Kohima Legends posted 186/6 in 20 overs. Tapito Thupitopr scored 74 off 48 balls, while Chumben Patton and Moasosang Angh added 38 and 30 runs, respectively.

In response, Chümou Veterans were restricted to 111/7 in 20 overs. Nsamyibe scored 32 and Visakolie Sechu 19. Tapito Thupitopr was named Man of the Match.
In the second match on December 21, Lhomithi won the toss and opted to bat, managing 108/8 in their allotted overs. Nezam Uddin, Sentimeren, Yanpothung, and Wapang Zong were the main contributors.
In reply, Essa Warriors were restricted to 85/7 in 20 overs. Michael, Rakesh, and Sentongkaba contributed runs. Peter, Sudama, Toni Achumi, and Yanpothung delivered spells for Lhomithi. Peter was awarded the Man of the Match.
