Samagra Shiksha Nagaland convenes education partners to integrate data systems into Vidya Samiksha Kendra.

DIMAPUR — Samagra Shiksha Nagaland, in collaboration with ConveGenius, brought together organisations working across the state's education landscape for a partner meet on integration with the Nagaland Vidya Samiksha Kendra (VSK) on October 5.
The initiative aimed to transition from parallel efforts to a single, coordinated, data-driven ecosystem. Nagaland VSK is being developed as the central hub for education data and technology-enabled governance, according to an update.
Partners learned how the platform can serve as the single source of truth for the state, where the work of each organisation is captured, recognised, and made visible.
Delivering the keynote address, State Mission Director of Samagra Shiksha Nagaland L Jamithung Lotha noted that many interventions across the state are currently running in silos, with little cross-coordination, often leading to duplication of effort and unnecessary use of resources.
He pointed out that forums such as this are meant to shed light on the range of work under way, build awareness among partners of each other's interventions, and create a more collaborative environment in which data generated by every programme flows into the VSK.

The meet saw participation from NagaEd, Elevate Foundation, Vibha India, Antarang Foundation, Lend A Hand India, Mantra for Change, Key Education Foundation, NECTAR, and NITI, along with ShikshaLokam, Saturday Art Class, IPE Global, Luminous Infoways, Probit Plus, and other organisations active in the state.
