DIMAPUR — The East Dimapur Town Council (EDTC) has once again directed all telecom and service wire companies operating within its jurisdiction to remove or properly manage hanging and dangling wires in the town area.

In a statement issued on Thursday, the EDTC informed the companies have been given 15 days from the date of issue to comply with the order. Failure to do so will result in the council taking up the removal of such wires without further notice, and the companies concerned will be held responsible for any inconvenience or loss incurred.
