DIMAPUR — The East Dimapur Town Council (EDTC) has appealed to all residents to pay their sanitation fees on time to ensure the uninterrupted collection and proper management of waste within its jurisdiction.
According to an official notice, all landlords, landowners, and building owners have been directed to provide separate dustbins for wet waste and dry waste for every household or apartment occupied by tenants.
