Meluri holds a district coordination meeting on Reform Utsav to discuss implementation and public awareness.

DIMAPUR — A district-level coordination meeting on Reform Utsav was held at the deputy commissioner’s (DC) office chamber in Meluri on Wednesday to discuss the objectives, implementation, and awareness activities under the programme.
DC Meluri Phuleshe K Yepthomi deliberated on the objectives and purpose of Reform Utsav, stressing the need to conduct awareness and sensitisation campaigns to ensure wider public participation, according to a DIPR report.
He also highlighted the need to obtain feedback from citizens and stakeholders at the grassroots level for the effective implementation of Reform Utsav. He urged all heads of departments to actively involve themselves and participate in the activities for its effective implementation in the district.
The Extra Assistant Commissioner of Meluri Zuchibemo Ezung deliberated on the modalities for conducting and reporting awareness and sensitisation campaigns and programmes under Reform Utsav.
He pointed out the importance of proper documentation and timely reporting of activities undertaken by the respective departments.
