DIMAPUR — Ao Lanur Telongjem (ALT) officials from Mokokchung, Dimapur, Chümoukedima, Niuland and Medziphema, led by Convener Imnaonen Pongen and Co-convener Tia Longchar, called on Nagaland Chief Secretary Sentiyanger at his official residence on Saturday.
The ALT convener, while speaking at a short felicitation programme, said that the achievement of Sentiyanger, who attained the highest bureaucratic seat in the state government, will serve as a great inspiration for the future generation.
He also urged the chief secretary to continue his service to the Naga people without fear or favour so that the whole of Nagaland would benefit through his astute service.

The convener also, on behalf of the ALT, presented a canvas printing of Mokokchung.
Sentiyanger expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Ao Lanur Telongjem for the courtesy call and said that he would do his best for Nagaland as he represents the state government. Nonetheless, he solicited support from all sections of society so that the State can achieve all-round development in the days to come.
Others who spoke at the programme were ALT Treasurer Imkongmar Imchen, Advisors Imtiakum and Anungba Sanglir, along with others who shared their views and aspirations for the Ao youths in society.
