173 Battalion CRPF distributes food supplies and stationery to 150 fire-affected families in Kuda village, Dimapur.
DIMAPUR — Under the guidance of Ashok Kumar Yadav, Commandant of 173 Bn CRPF, the battalion extended humanitarian relief assistance to 150 fire-affected families of Kuda village, Dimapur, on September 25.
The relief distribution programme was organised to provide immediate assistance to households that suffered loss of shelter and essential belongings in a fire incident that occurred on September 23, according to an update.
Assistant Commandant of F/173 Bn CRPF Withuiliu Newmai led the distribution programme and interacted with the affected households, conveying the force's solidarity during recovery and rehabilitation.
As part of the humanitarian assistance, ration bags comprising rice, dal, onions, potatoes, milk, and edible oil were distributed to the affected households to meet their immediate food requirements.
Stationery items were also distributed among children to support their educational needs and enable them to continue their studies.
