Zuketsa Area Youth Organisation hosts open penalty shootout

DIMAPUR — The Zuketsa Area Youth Organisation (ZAYO) organised an open penalty shootout at Zuketsa in Phek district on October 1 on the theme “Oneness through sports”.

According to an update, Highlanders ‘C’ Pfutsero emerged as the champion and was awarded a cash prize of INR 30,000, sponsored by Wepre Wetsah, Kulo Akami and Wecie Lomi.

The runner-up, Strike Force, received a cash prize of INR 20,000, sponsored by the staff of Jawahar Novodaya Vidyalaya, Phek.

A total of 27 teams participated in the tournament.

Kedoutsolhi Wetsah, president of Zuketsa Area Public Organization (ZAPO), attended the event as the special guest.
