Zhimomi Hoho holds quinquennial session at Agri-Expo

DIMAPUR — Zhimomi Hoho held its quinquennial session at Agri-Expo, Chümoukedima, on Saturday.

The main highlight of the session, attended by hundreds of clan members from across the state, was the launching of ‘Zhimo Kughuko (Zhimomi Genealogy)’, 3rd edition, according to an update. The book was launched by centenarian Hekhezu Zhimomi of Chisholimi.

The main speaker at the session was T Kiheto Sema, while outgoing president Ahovi Zhomi delivered the welcome address.

The session also witnessed a change of guard, with a new team of office bearers for the 2026–2030 tenure being installed, with Ahoto Zhimomi as president, Atovi Zhimomi and Kuhoi Zhimomi as vice presidents, Akito A Zhimomi as general secretary, and Issac I Zhimomi as treasurer.
