Advisor Z Nyusietho Nyuthe inaugurates the newly constructed village council hall at Mollen.

DIMAPUR — Advisor for Nagaland State Disaster Management Authority (NSDMA) and Inland Waterways Z Nyusietho Nyuthe inaugurated the newly constructed village council hall at Mollen in Meluri on Wednesday.
Speaking on the occasion as the special guest, Nyuthe expressed happiness over the timely completion and satisfactory workmanship of the project, according to a DIPR report.
He stated that the council hall was constructed under the iconic project under the Local Area Development Fund (LADF) for the financial year 2025-26.
The advisor stressed that the newly inaugurated hall should serve not merely as a meeting place but as a "house of justice", where village matters are discussed and judgments are delivered fairly, impartially, and in the larger interest of the community.

He also called upon the village council members to discharge their responsibilities with sincerity, unity, and a spirit of service.
