Nagaland Cricket Association President Watinuksung Jamir is appointed as Team Manager of the Indian Cricket Team for the Sri Lanka tour.
DIMAPUR — The President of the Nagaland Cricket Association Watinuksung Jamir has been appointed as the team manager of the Indian Cricket Team for the upcoming Test series tour of Sri Lanka.
According to an update, the tour is scheduled to take place from August 7 to the 27th.
Following the appointment, both the Nagaland Cricket Association and the Dimapur District Cricket Association extended their congratulations to Jamir.
The Nagaland Cricket Association expressed that the appointment is a moment of great pride for the association and the entire cricketing fraternity of Nagaland. It stated that his selection for this important responsibility is a recognition of his leadership, experience, and continued contribution to the development and promotion of cricket in the state.
