Uttar Pradesh to take on Assam in Dr. T Ao Junior Girls National Football Championship semi-final

DIMAPUR — Uttar Pradesh and Assam have secured their places in semi-final 1 of the Dr. T Ao Junior Girls National Football Championship 2025–26 (Tier II), following dominant performances in their respective groups.

The semi-final will be played on December 8 at 6:30 pm at the Chümoukedima Football Stadium inside the Police Complex.

The championship’s Tier II round has so far featured five matches across two groups—Group A consisting of Uttar Pradesh and Tripura and Group C consisting of Assam, Jammu and Kashmir and Chandigarh.

The grand finale will be played on December 11 where Maharashtra will take on the winner of semi-final 1.
