The resource persons for the workshop were Tsüngchilong, a civil engineer by qualification and an architect, photographer, and videographer by profession; and Dr. Jamir.
Tsüngchilong guided the learners in developing the technical and creative skills needed for video production. Through practical instruction, demonstrations, and feedback, he helped participants improve their filming, storytelling, and editing abilities while sharing industry knowledge and best practices.
Participants also had a hands-on practical session on videography, video editing, and leveraging social media for outreach and marketing.
Dr. Jamir trained participants on creating engaging content, audience targeting, and using social media for awareness and outreach. He focused on building relationships and trust, being transparent and honest about products, goals, and brand awareness. He stressed three ways to engage an audience for business: the hook, value, and a call to action.
