Administrative officials in Tuli and Chiephobozou hold preparatory meetings to distribute work for the upcoming 80th Independence Day.
DIMAPUR — Coordination meetings in preparation for the 80th Independence Day celebrations were conducted in the Chiephobozou and Tuli sub-division.
Chiephobozou: In Chiephobozou, the meeting was held at the ADC’s office on August 5. EAC Chiephobozou Viketoulie Metha briefed the gathering on the upcoming celebration.
Various assignments for the event were discussed and assigned to departments and institutions for work distribution, and logistical arrangements were confirmed. The administration will be overall in charge of the work assignments.
The EAC requested all officials to coordinate and execute their duties effectively and attend the function. The meeting was attended by heads of offices, uniform personnel, representatives of educational institutions, NGOs, gaon buras, and councillors of Chiephobozou Town Council.
Tuli: In Tuli, the coordination meeting was held at the Dobashi’s Court on Thursday. The meeting was chaired by Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) of Tuli Imsenperong Wati, and attended by heads of departments, representatives of educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
