DIMAPUR — The monthly DPDB meeting of Tseminyu was held at the Deputy Commissioner’s conference hall on April 17 under the chairmanship of MLA and Chairman of DPDB Tseminyu, Jwenga Seb.
According to a DIPR report, during the meeting, the board deliberated on the agenda for the registration of the PhenshunyuLojvu Cultural Troupe and forwarded it to the concerned department for approval.
The board also deliberated on the Chief Minister's Health Insurance Scheme (CMHIS) and Nagaland salary package. A brief status report on the CMHIS and the government salary package was presented, informing all heads of departments (HoDs) and DDOs to take necessary action.

Deliberating on the agenda for the construction of an RD office at Chunlikha, Jwenga Seb stated that the proposal has been in place for the last decade and apprised the members to recommend it to the government. Accordingly, the proposal was forwarded to the government.
The board also deliberated on the documentation of government land in the district. In this regard, the chairman stated that the primary objective of this initiative is to avoid confusion between the landowners and the government authorities.
The initiative also aims to create awareness about the extent of land owned by the government.
Additionally, issues concerning the posting of a dedicated head of office in the district, a review of the Tseminyu district green initiative, and the augmentation of the power supply in the district were deliberated upon.
