The Nagaland Governor has constituted a State High Level Committee to oversee the Chief Minister's Technology Hub.

DIMAPUR — The Department for Information Technology and Communication (IT and C), Nagaland, has informed that the Governor of Nagaland has constituted a State High Level Committee (SHLC) for the Chief Minister's Technology Hub (CM Hub) in the state.
According to a DIPR report, the CM Hub will serve as a high-level platform under the chief minister to drive adoption and innovation in Information Technology, electronics, and new-age niche technologies.
The committee will have the chief minister as chairman; the advisor for IT and C as deputy chairman; and the advisor to the chief minister, chief secretary, commissioner and secretary of IT and C, public relations officer to the chief minister, co-opted member of the chairman, and commissioner and secretary to the chief minister as members.

The SHLC will serve as the policy apex and strategic oversight body. It will formulate and recommend policies related to IT and emerging technologies. It will identify, prioritise, and conceptualise niche technology projects and initiatives.
The committee will source and pursue funding from Government of India schemes, grants, and other external sources. It will facilitate inter-departmental coordination for technology-driven projects and monitor the progress of projects with periodic reporting to the governing body.
The SHLC members shall meet quarterly to review strategy, policy decisions, and project status of the CM Hub. A Program Management Unit (PMU) shall be set up, comprising a team of consultants with domain experts and technical teams from the Department of Information Technology and Communication.
The PMU shall operate under the administrative supervision of the department and will report monthly to the governing body. The department shall be the nodal department and the sole executing and monitoring agency for the CM Hub.
There shall be no separate salary or honorarium for being a member of the committee.
