
Kevirale-ü Kerhuo along with other officials of SCERT during
the launch of ‘Impressions’ in Kohima on May 2.
- KOHIMA — The
director of State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT),
Kevirale-ü Kerhuo, launched the first volume of ‘Impressions,’ a yearly
publication of ECCE Cell of SCERT Nagaland on May 2.
- The publication is a journal for teachers by teachers, with
a mission to provide a platform for sharing innovative teaching strategies,
inspiring success stories and the latest research to support teacher’s journey
in educating and nurturing early learners.
- The event also marked the launch of the official YouTube
channel @ECCE Cell, SCERT Nagaland.
- Speaking at the programme, the director congratulated ECCE
team for their significant strides in promoting the importance of early
childhood.

- Stating that social media has now a powerful tool in spreading
awareness and knowledge, she expressed confidence that the channel would
provide wide accessibility to educators, parents and all stakeholders about
early childhood care and education. She added that it would also serve as a
platform for showcasing good and innovative practices in the state, thereby
helping and inspiring schools and community to excel and strive for quality
ECCE.
- Report from the SCERT stated that its additional director,
Kerüüpfeü Rupreo, along with ECCE team and other SCERT officials was also
present at the programme.
