Dimapur’s Social Welfare Department holds a slogan contest to mark the fifth anniversary of Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan.

DIMAPUR — The Department of Social Welfare, Dimapur, has announced a district-level online slogan writing competition to commemorate the fifth anniversary of the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan (NMBA). The event is being organised on the theme “Say no to drugs, say yes to life”.
The competition aims to engage youths in spreading awareness about substance abuse prevention through creative expression while promoting the vision of a drug-free India under the NMBA initiative, stated a DIPR report.
The competition is open to all youths aged 15 to 29 years residing in Dimapur district. Participants are allowed to submit only one slogan in English, written on A4-size paper using coloured pencils, crayons, or sketch pens, within a word limit of 10 to 20 words. Entries must be original and informative, created by the participants themselves.

Submissions should be sent in digital format (scanned or PDF) along with the participant’s name and contact details via email to dhew.dmu@gmail.com or through Instagram DM to @dhew_dimapur between October 10 and 17.
The results will be announced on October 18 on the official Instagram account of the District Hub for Empowerment of Women (DHEW), Dimapur.
Cash prizes and certificates will be awarded to winners — INR 5,000 for the first prize, INR 3,000 for the second prize, INR 2,000 for the third prize, and INR 500 each for two consolation prizes.
