DIMAPUR — The Seyochung Village Students’ Union (SVSU), under its initiative “One Aspirant, One Opportunity”, has announced a 100% scholarship opportunity for Nagaland Public Service Commission (NPSC) and Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) aspirants, sponsored by Rupin Sharma, Director General of Police (DGP), Nagaland.
According to an update, as per the selection process based on merit and economic background, Kevin ZT Anar, daughter of ZT Thsapiba Anar, has been selected for the scholarship. She will receive 100% support for NPSC/UPSC preparation at Kohima.

The SVSU president met the DGP at his office along with the selected candidate. During the interaction, the DGP encouraged the aspirant and extended his best wishes for her future journey, urging her to stay disciplined, focused, and rooted in values.
Longtili C Sangtam, former president of the Seyochung Village Students’ Union, expressed gratitude to Rupin Sharma for the sponsorship. He thanked the DGP for believing in village-level talent and for supporting deserving students.
