SAI STC Dimapur partners with CRPF and local cycling clubs to organise a rally for World Bicycle Day.

DIMAPUR — The Sports Authority of India (SAI) Sports Training Centre (STC) in Dimapur joined the rest of the nation in celebrating World Bicycle Day through the Fit India Sunday on Cycle initiative on June 7.
The event was organised in collaboration with the Central Reserve Police Force team, two Khelo India Centres (KICs) of Dimapur, the girls hostel team of the Department of Youth Resources and Sports, Nagaland, the Urban Residential Girls Hostel, and The Gear Thrills Cycling Club, Dimapur, along with local cycling groups and individual cyclists.
According to an update, the cycling rally was flagged off by the chief guest, RW Dawa, Deputy Inspector General (DIG), CRPF, Group Centre Khatkhati, in the presence of special guest ML Gangeta, DIG, and Abhay Yadav, Assistant Commandant.

Participants from various organisations took part in the rally to promote fitness, health, and environmental sustainability through cycling.
The event also featured a zumba and yoga session conducted in partnership with Trionix Dance Studio, Dimapur, at the SAI Sports Training Centre.
