DIMAPUR — Rhieo Kickers, Meriema, emerged champions of the Bethel Baptist Church (BBC), New Market, Kohima Open Penalty Shootout, held at IG Stadium, Kohima, on Tuesday.
According to an update, Cola FC, Meriema, secured the runners-up position. Unica FC and DYRS team reached the semi-finals. The Best Goalkeeper award was bagged by Kevizakie Ciesotsu.
The inaugural programme was attended by Neibalie Kiewhuo, pastor of Koinonia Baptist Church, as the special guest.
The closing function was attended by Kuolachalie Seyie, deacon board chairman of Eklektos Baptist Church, Kohima, as the honoured guest.
