
The successful HSLC candidates of Regimental School DEF
Wokha, along with the teachers and dignitaries at the felicitation ceremony on
Monday.
- DIMAPUR — A programme felicitating successful
HSLC candidates of Regimental School DEF Wokha was organised on Monday in the
conference hall of Police Baptist Church (PBC), Wokha.
- According to an update, while congratulating the students,
Superintendent of Police, Wokha, M Rhovisie Nyuwi urged them to work hard,
seriously and religiously, and to challenge themselves daily in order to
progress in life.
- He thanked the teachers for their efforts and hard work and
encouraged the parents to prioritise their children’s education. He also
thanked the former unit commander and officers for their support and
encouragement towards the unit school.
- K. Edward Ngullie, headmaster of the school, in his welcome
address, congratulated the students on their achievements and thanked the unit
officers and all ranks, the church, and parents for their support, assistance,
and prayers.

- Myingthungo Ezung, associate pastor of PBC, invoked God’s
blessings. Wonjano R Kikon (who qualified with distinctions in Alternative
English and Social Studies) spoke on behalf of the successful candidates.
- It was mentioned that the programme was attended by all
successful candidates and their parents, and the school achieved a 100% pass
percentage for the fifth consecutive year.
