• DIMAPUR — The Mao Union Kohima organised a felicitation ceremony to honour students from the community who passed the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) and Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) examinations in 2025.

• According to an update, the highlight of the event was the presentation of the Ashikho Daili Trust Award for Academic Excellence (ADTAAE) to Florence Adaziia, who secured 17th rank in the HSLC examination. Adaziia received a cash prize of INR 20,000 along with a citation. Patron Ashikho Daili presented the award.

• Daili, on the occasion, noted that the ADTAAE was established in 2005, making this year's event a significant 20-year milestone celebration. To mark the occasion, jubilee souvenirs were presented to all the trustees who have supported the initiative over the years.

• In her topper's address, Adaziia emphasised the importance of working diligently from a young age to achieve success. Her speech was followed by presentations to the other HSLC and HSSLC candidates who passed this year.
