Rajya Sabha MP Phangnon Konyak to join India’s first non-official parliamentary delegation for the 80th UNGA session in New York.

DIMAPUR — Rajya Sabha MP, S Phangnon Konyak will attend the 80th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York from October 8 to the 14th.
She will be part of the first non-official Indian Parliamentary Delegation, which includes 14 other Members of Parliament, according to an update from the MP’s office on Tuesday.
The visit aims to enhance parliamentary engagement and strengthen India’s voice in global discussions on peace, development and cooperation, it said.
