Phek District Veteran Football Association will compete in the 13th Nagaland Veteran Football Association Inter-District Tournament starting February 9 in Niuland district.

DIMAPUR — The Phek District Veteran Football Association (PDVFA) will participate in the 13th edition of the Nagaland Veteran Football Association (NVFA) Inter-District Tournament 2026, scheduled to begin from February 9.
According to a press release, the inaugural programme of the tournament will be held on February 10 at the Old Showuba Local Ground in Niuland district.
The PDVFA team for the tournament comprises Zhokhosa Keyho, Savezo Venuh, Shezopa Dzudo, Zhoduyi Getsa, Besuvoi Sapuh, Kudeveyi Sapuh, Zacisayi Keyho, Vekhwuta Venyo, Vetuo Nienu, Vebuto, Nesutso Nienu, Andrew Curhah, Vekhoto Rhakho, Shekhota Vero, N. Nongothung Shitio, Nuchikhoyi Rhakho, Berehu Ruho, Zadimu Rhakho, Nuvota Tetseo, Kodotso Koza and Hukhozo Puyo.
Thuputhiyi Venuh will serve as team manager, Vekhosheyi Keyho as coach, and Nusuyi Nienu as physiotherapist.
Earlier, the PDVFA team tracksuits were dedicated on February 4 by Vetsiio Nienu, Chaplain of Alpha Coy, Meluri.
