Michazou FC and Ward-19 Kohima registered wins in the NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima.

KOHIMA — Michazou FC defeated Raiser FC 2–0 and Ward-19 Kohima overcame Phezoucha Rhüba YO 4–1 in the ongoing NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima, on Thursday.
In the match between Michazou FC and Raiser FC, Vito Tepa netted twice in the 46’ and 88’. MLA Dr Tseilhoutuo Rhutso handed Tepa the man of the match award.
Ward-19 Kohima beat Phezoucha Rhüba YO with Sagolsen Bikash Singh scoring a brace in the 34’ and 60’. Laiwang Bohham added a goal in the 69’ and Laba Jr in the 80’. The lone goal for Phezoucha Rhüba YO came from Razouvito Tsükrü.

On September 17, United Brothers Club secured a 3–2 win against Onyx Titans FC in the sixth match of the tournament, with Thejavizo Peseyie scoring a hat-trick and earning the man of the match award.
Onyx Titans FC replied through Toka Kiho in 45+2’ and Dzuthotsoyi Medeo in 90+2’, but failed to overturn the deficit.
On the same day, Nurturing Youngster’s defeated Rüffüno Boys 5–1. Goals for Nurturing Youngster’s came from Gideon Leo, Shatilo Kent, K Gangkoi Konyak, Bodevi Kire, and Neikethozo Siamvü. The lone scorer for Rüffüno Boys was Rüükolie Chase.
PLLAB Manipur beat Ensemble FC 8–1 in the fourth match of the tournament on September 16.
Ngamkholal scored a hat-trick, while Hemgoulal Lupho netted two. Lumgousem Kipgen, Samuel Satgousem, and Jangminlal Haskip contributed a goal each. Hemgoulal Lupho was awarded man of the match. Phanjamo Ezung scored the only goal for Ensemble FC.
In match five on September 16, Moa Students’ Union defeated Highlanders FC Pfutsero 3–0. W John Singh scored two goals, and Lohrii Kaisi added one.
