NSF Martyrs’ Trophy: Bad weather forces new timings

DIMAPUR — The organisers of NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy have announced changes to the match timings following recommendations from the tournament’s technical committee and approval from the steering committee.

According to the organisers, the decision was taken in view of bad weather conditions and unpredictable road situations affecting travel and safety of teams and spectators.

As per the revised schedule, which will come into effect from September 19 at IG Stadium in Kohima, the first match will kick off at 12 noon, followed by the second match at 2 pm.

The organising committee has requested all participating teams and clubs to take note of the new timings and make necessary arrangements, reporting at least an hour ahead of their fixtures.
