DIMAPUR — The NSCN (IM) has directed all its “national workers” to stay away from the electoral process in the upcoming Koridang by-election.
In an order issued on Monday, the group warned of strict penalties for violations. It stated that no member under its fold should involve or interfere in the by-election in Mokokchung district.
The by-election to the Koridang seat is scheduled to be held on April 9, while counting of votes will take place on May 4, as per the Election Commission of India.
