Neiphiu Rio greets Lotha community on Tokhu Emong

DIMAPUR — Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio extended warm greetings to the Lotha community on the occasion of Tokhu Emong, the festival of thanksgiving for a bountiful harvest.

In a message posted on X , Rio called upon the people to express gratitude, embrace unity, and renew the bonds that strengthen the community.
