DIMAPUR — The Native Trax Society (NTS) and Musik-A have announced that the entries for the 17th Music Award of Nagaland (MAN) 2024 will be till October 20, 2025.
The awards ceremony, featuring 7 main categories and 6 sub categories, will take place on November 29, 2025 at Town Hall in Dimapur.
The MAN, established in 2009 by NTS, aims to honour and showcase the talents of local musicians across all genres.
As the only award of its kind in the state, it fosters innovation and professionalism within the music community, helping artistes reach a global audience.

How to Apply?
The 17th MAN 2024 has opened for entries on Monday (September 22), with submissions closing on October 20. Entries will be reviewed, categorised, and shortlisted by a panel of judges.
Songs released between September 2024 to September 30 2025 are eligible.
Nominated videos will be showcased on the website and social media platforms starting October 25.

Judging will be based on composition, originality, performance, sound engineering, and production.
The 7 main categories are Rock; Hip-Hop/R&B; Gospel; Regional/Folk Fusion; Pop; Open Category; and Song of the year.
The 6 sub categories are Best Music Video; Best Producer; Best Upcoming Artist/Band; Best Lyricist/Song Writer; Best Sound Engineer; and Lifetime Achievement Awards.
