In his valedictory address, Prof. Xavier P Mao encouraged the college and other higher educational institutions in the northeast to organise more of such programmes. It stated that 18 papers were presented by resource persons during the five technical sessions.
Delivering the keynote address at the inaugural programme on August 6, Dr. Shürhozelie Liezietsu, former chief minister of Nagaland, highlighted the diversity of academic engagement, fostering meaningful dialogue on the intersections of identity, tradition and socio-political transformation.
