Nagaland University team visits MGM College to assess academic and infrastructural preparedness for provisional affiliation.

DIMAPUR — An inspection team constituted by Nagaland University visited MGM College in Dimapur on Wednesday to assess its academic, administrative, and infrastructural preparedness for the extension of provisional affiliation.
According to an update, the inspection team comprised Dr. PK Deka, Professor and Dean, School of Social Sciences, Department of Commerce, who served as the convener; Dr. R Vasanthan, Associate Professor, Department of English; and Dr. Anu G. S., Associate Professor, Department of Education.

Dr. RK Behera, Principal, delivered the welcome address, highlighting the institution’s commitment to academic excellence. The team members appreciated the efforts of the college and shared insights on academic standards and institutional development.
Following the formal session, the inspection team undertook a visit to the college campus. They examined the infrastructure and facilities, including the library, classrooms, IQAC room, sanitation facilities, administrative office, computer laboratory, and other essential amenities.
The team also interacted with faculty members, staff, and the librarian to gain a deeper understanding of the institution’s functioning and academic environment. The visit included a detailed meeting with the principal, during which key academic, administrative, and developmental aspects of the college were discussed.
