Nagaland State Legal Services Authority and TDLSA organise the first mini legal services camp in Noklak, offering free services from 12 departments including medical and banking.

DIMAPUR — The Nagaland State Legal Services Authority (NSLSA), in collaboration with the Tuensang District Legal Services Authority (TDLSA) and the District Administration, Noklak, organised the first mini legal services camp at Noklak district headquarters on Thursday.
According to an update, the welcome address was delivered by P Mono Khiamniungan, Deputy Commissioner of Noklak, during which he requested the legal services authority to organise such programmes in Noklak sub-divisions in the near future.
The keynote address was given by Neiko Akami, Member Secretary, NSLSA. In his address, he explained the purpose of conducting the mini legal services camp in Noklak and spoke about the services given by the legal services authority, such as legal aid, victim compensations, and Lok Adalat.

Kumdilong Kessen, Secretary, TDLSA, briefly explained the various departments present at the camp and the free services provided by them.
He thanked the member secretary, NSLSA, and the deputy commissioner of Noklak for approving the conduct of the camp. He also thanked all the departments for providing free services.
Various departments and agencies participated in the camp and provided free services, including the district administration, Horticulture, Agriculture, Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, Food and Civil Supply, Social Welfare, Medical Department, the State Bank of India (SBI), the Nagaland State Co-operative Bank (NStCB) Ltd., India Post, and the Investment and Development Authority of Nagaland (IDAN).
