DIMAPUR — PM Shri Government High School, Burma Camp, has terminated the service of its computer assistant, Mughashe Sema, after he was found responsible for the leakage of question papers for the ongoing Phase-II Class IX final examination.
Assistant headmistress Bendanglemla informed that the termination order was issued on December 1 following an emergency meeting of the school’s teachers and management committee. She said the incident came as a shock to the school, which she described as having a clean track record, and added that the school has always adhered to Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) protocols, with question papers sent to the computer assistant at 7 am for printing.
She said the school has submitted its report to the board and is awaiting further instructions. With one subject still remaining, she added that the school is taking “extreme precautions” to prevent any further breach. She also said the accused individual had been appointed during the tenure of the previous administration and was paid from the teachers’ welfare fund.

It said the “exam system in Nagaland needs update” and called for stringent action against the culprit.
