Nagaland Police announces document verification for constable recruitment candidates from Kohima district starting January 2 at 4th NAP Battalion Headquarters.

DIMAPUR — The Office of the Director General of Police, Nagaland, has informed candidates from Kohima district who have applied for the post of constable that document verification will commence on January 2 at the 4th NAP Battalion Headquarters, Thizama.
According to a press note, this applies to candidates who have been provisionally accepted for the Physical and Medical Standards Tests (PST) scheduled from January 7 to the 13th. The early verification is being conducted in view of the large number of candidates.

Candidates who have successfully generated admit cards from the Nagaland Police Recruitment Portal are required to report at the venue by 10:00 am. They must produce both original and self-attested photocopies of mandatory documents.
The required documents include proof of educational qualification (Class 8 passed certificate or higher from NBSE or any recognised board of school education in India); proof of identity (Aadhaar card, PAN card, or driving licence); Certificate of Indigenous Inhabitant of Nagaland; Scheduled Tribe Certificate duly signed by the district authority not below the rank of additional deputy commissioner; and proof of date of birth (Birth Certificate, matriculation, or equivalent admit card).
The notice stated that failure to produce any of the documents will lead to rejection of candidature as per the advertisement terms. No separate individual intimation will be issued.
