  • Credit card distribution camp held in Mokokchung

  • DIMAPUR — The Nagaland State Cooperation Bank Ltd. (NStCB Ltd.) organised a general credit card distribution camp to 20 beneficiaries on June 6 at NStCB Ltd., Mokokchung branch premises. According to a DIPR report, the camp was held in presence of Deputy Chairperson of Mokokchung Municipal Council, Lanuakum, Board of Director and MMC councillor, Imtiyapang and senior manager of NStCB Ltd., I Lanuniken. The camp was initiated by the MMC.

  • Taxes department notifies on GST registration

  • DIMAPUR — The Department of State Taxes has authorised the commercial state tax officers in the state to conduct inspection and verification on GST registration and GST compliance by the registered taxpayers and also to make comprehensive market survey to identify all liable business for registration. All taxpayers have been requested to cooperate and provide necessary information to the commercial state tax officers to enable them to complete the exercise, a DIPR report stated.

  • NRE department constitutes technical vetting committee

  • DIMAPUR — The Department of New & Renewable Energy has been authorised as the State Nodal Agency (SNA) for all renewable energy (RE) projects/works in Nagaland. In its effort to maintain quality control, guarantee legitimacy, and compliance with the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy-approved standard and BIS statutory technical norms, the department has set up a technical vetting committee led by director, NRE as chairman and addl. director as secretary. The other members include joint director, deputy director and project officer, a DIPR report stated.
