GPF statements to be available soon

DIMAPUR — The Office of the Principle Accountant General (A&E), Nagaland, has informed all Nagaland state government GPF subscribers whose GPF/CPF account is maintained in the office that the annual GPF/CPF statement for 2024-25 has been prepared. However, due to some technical issues, the GPF/CPF data could not be made live in the online GPF information system. “This issue is expected to be resolved within a short period of time. Hence, it is requested to bear with the inconvenience,” the office stated.

Directorate of Higher Education notifies on hostel forms

DIMAPUR — The Directorate of Higher Education (DoHE) has informed all the proprietors/wardens of the hostels registered under the directorate that hostel forms for hostellers of post-matric students will be issued from the office from July 21 till August 14. According to a DIPR report, Hostel Eligibility Certificate (HEC) will also be issued to newly established/renewed hostel that were inspected and found to be satisfactory. The hostel proprietors/wardens are required to bring original copy of HEC, ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the institution where the hostellers are studying at the time of collecting hostel forms. NOC format can be downloaded from website https://highereducation.nagaland.gov.in. Further, they should furnish hostel admission’s register with recent passport pasted against the name of the students.

BLOs training held in Mokokchung

DIMAPUR — The national level training programme for booth level officers (BLOs) was held at DC’s conference hall, Mokokchung, on Thursday. The trainees received specialised training covering, SIR revision overview, verification duties and focus areas, BLO App usage, login demonstration, data entry and report submission, and accurate form filling and evaluation, a DIPR report stated. Atsungba Walling, ADC & ERO, underscored the ERO's goals, stressing the importance of BLOs in achieving them. The training was attended by AEROs and BLOs of 23AC to 28 AC. 

DC Tuensang informs on mega job fair

DIMAPUR — Deputy Commissioner of Tuensang, Lithrongla Tongpi Rutsa, has notified that the mega hospitality job fair under CM's flagship programme – NSEDM, is tentatively scheduled for July 25. Interested candidates have been invited to avail the programme as provided for the unemployed youths, a DIPR report stated.

Dimapur DPDB meeting on July 21

DIMAPUR — The District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) meeting of Dimapur district for the month of July will be held on July 21at DC’s conference hall at 11 am. All the members have been requested to attend the meeting positively, a DIPR report stated.
