Nagaland Governor, CM extend Durga Puja greetings

DIMAPUR — The Governor of Nagaland, Ajay Kumar Bhalla, and Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio on Tuesday extended greetings to the people on the occasion of Durga Puja.

In his message, the governor said Durga Puja, observed with devotion and reverence, signifies the triumph of good over evil and the divine strength of Goddess Durga.

“This sacred festival reminds us of the power of faith, courage and righteousness in overcoming challenges. May the blessings of Goddess Durga bring peace, prosperity and harmony in our lives and strengthen the bonds of unity among us all,” he stated.

The chief minister, in a post on X, conveyed: “Warm greetings on the occasion of #DurgaPuja #Dussehra. May the celebration of the triumph of good over evil inspire us to uphold truth, justice, and harmony in our lives. Wishing everyone happiness, peace, and prosperity.”
