Nagaland Board of School Education has declared results of HSLC, HSSLC compartmental and improvement examinations.

KOHIMA — The Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) has declared the results of the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) and Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) compartmental and improvement examinations 2025, on July 16.
An update from the NBSE informed that students who took the examinations can access their mark sheet online through the NBSE official website at nbsenl.edu.in.
Additionally, it stated that documents related to the results will be distributed to the centre superintendents starting July 18.
It stated that a total of 947 students out of 2,269 students, who appeared for HSLC compartmental and improvement examinations 2025, have passed, marking a pass rate of 41.74%.

For the HSSLC results, out of 965 candidates in the arts stream who appeared for the exams, 444 students passed resulting in a pass percentage of 46.01%, while in the Commerce stream 146 students appeared with 65 passed, giving out a pass percentage of 44.52%.
Meanwhile, 645 candidates appeared in the Science stream, where 234 passed, leading to a pass percentage of 36.28%.
Candidates have been directed to produce their original admit cards at the time of collection of mark sheets and pass certificates.
The board further stated that any mistakes in the mark sheet and pass certificate should be reported within 30 days after the publication of the result gazette for rectification. It added that such cases should be routed through the institution/ centres.
