Nagaland Archery Association held state selection trials in Chümoukedima to shortlist 23 archers for the Senior National Championship 2025.

DIMAPUR — The Nagaland Archery Association (NAA) conducted the state selection trials on October 10 at the DGP Archery Ground, Police Complex, Chümoukedima.
According to an update, altogether, 39 archers from various districts competed for an opportunity to represent Nagaland at the national level.
Based on their performance, 23 archers—12 men and 11 women—were selected to participate in the Senior National Archery Championship 2025, scheduled to be held in the second week of December in Hyderabad.

The association also announced that a special coaching camp will be organised for the selected archers before their departure for the competition. The camp will be held at the association’s Archery Centre of Excellence in Sovima.
