- KOHIMA — Shesalu
Vadeo, noted artist from Nagaland, has joined the ongoing international art
exhibition (painting, culture and installation) titled “Echoes from the
spotless soul” from April 18 in New Delhi.
- Vadeo’s painting works at the exhibition included
‘Manifestation of a village boy’s dream’ and ‘Hornbill Festival.’ Her painting
represented the beauty and aesthetics of Naga rich culture.
- The exhibition, which would continue till April 21, featured
29 talented national and international artists from Pondicherry, UK,
Chattisgarh, Nagaland, New Delhi, Hungary, Kolkata, Uttar Pradesh, Poland,
Gujarat, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Chennai, Punjab, Bolivia, San Francisco, Kerala
and Patna.

- The exhibition is being organised by Luna Arts in
association with Camel.
- The event featured Olga Dycheva, bureau chief of Rossiya
Segodnya/ SPUTNIK International news agency, Embassy of Russia Federation, and
Major General Anukul Chandra, AVSM (retired), as chief guests and Qazi M
Raghib, creative director and art critic, and Roop Chand, chairman of Roop
Chand Institute of Fine Arts and Art Gallery, as special guest.
