Naga advocate Nchumbemo Mozhui has been recommended as Gauhati High Court judge by Supreme Court Collegium.
DIMAPUR — Naga advocate Nchumbemo Mozhui has been recommended for appointment as a Judge of Gauhati High Court by the Supreme Court Collegium.
The Collegium, headed by Chief Justice of India Surya Kant, approved the proposal at its meeting on August 18, recommending Mozhui along with judicial officer Helen Dawngliani for appointment as judges of Gauhati High Court.
The recommendation is subject to notification by the central government following completion of the prescribed process.
