The Mon Smart Hub Initiative is now operational, offering online access to judicial, arms, land revenue, and trade permit services for Mon district residents.

DIMAPUR — Deputy Commissioner of Mon, Wennyei Konyak, has informed that the newly introduced Mon Smart Hub Initiative is now operational to the general public of the district.
According to a DIPR report, the initiative brings all major administrative services onto a single digital platform, enabling faster, more transparent, and more efficient public service delivery.
The services provided include judicial services such as Income Certificate, Movement Permit, Religious Certificate, Domicile Certificate, and Marriage Certificate. Under arms services, it covers Purchase Permit of Arms and Ammunition and Carrying Permit.

Land revenue services include Renewal of Site Permit, Construction Permit, and Duplicate Site Permit. Other services include Village Development Board (VDB) Appointment under development and New Trade Permit and Renewal of Trade Permit under Mon Town Council.
According to the DC, all residents can now apply for various government-related services online through the Mon Smart Hub Portal after completing the required registration on the platform.
Those who may require assistance with the online application process may visit any Common Service Centre (CSC) within the district, where service is available for registration and submission of applications through the portal.
The public is encouraged to make use of this facility for timely and convenient access to administrative services.
