Mokokchung DC issues travel advisory amid Jorhat blockade

MOKOKCHUNG — The Deputy Commissioner of Mokokchung, Ajit Kumar Verma, issued a travel advisory urging the public and commuters to avoid travelling through Jorhat district, Assam, due to the ongoing blockade of the national highway.

The advisory cautioned against travel via Jorhat until the situation stabilises, in order to prevent inconvenience and ensure public safety. Commuters were advised to seek alternative routes while authorities continue to monitor the situation.
