DIMAPUR — The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has assured that it will prepare a comprehensive draft on the proposed Frontier Nagaland Territory (FNT) “at the earliest”, following the fourth tripartite meeting with the Government of Nagaland and the Eastern Nagaland People’s Organisation (ENPO) on Tuesday.
The assurance came after a three-hour meeting held at the Police Complex, Chümoukedima, on Tuesday, where several key issues were deliberated.
Once the draft is ready, the next High Level Committee meeting will be convened, according to a statement from the ENPO’s media cell.

The MHA delegation was led by Advisor (NE) AK Mishra, with senior officials including Rakesh Kamble, Joint Director (IB), and Vineet Kumar, Deputy Director, SIB Nagaland, Kohima.
The state government team was headed by Chief Secretary Senti Yanger Imchen, along with senior officials from the Home, Finance, Law and Justice, and Works and Housing departments. The ENPO delegation was led by its president, Chingmak Chang.
