Wokha, Sep. 17 (EMN): Lotha Hoho (LH) has installed new team of Lotha Youth Hoho (LYH) during a programme held at Lotha Tribal Council (LTC) conference hall on September 17.
The new team of Lotha Youth Hoho for tenure 2022 to 2025 would be led by Limhathung N Yanthan as president and Oreno Ngullie as general secretary.
Speaking at the installation programme, the vice chairman of Lotha Hoho, S Mhonlumo Lotha, has described the LYH as the backbone of the Lotha Hoho and encouraged them to lead and guide the younger generation of Lotha community. He also thanked the outgoing team of LYH for rendering their selfless sacrifice to protect the community interest.
Short speeches were delivered by Yanpothung Ezung and Limathung N Yanthan, outgoing and newly installed presidents of LYH.
A three-day special camp for Aadhaar enrolment/correction and BIS Ayushman Bharat PMJAY registration under Lotsu circle in Wokha district culminated on September 17. The special camp covered seven villages namely Longtsung, Sheru-echuk, Morakjo, Lotsu, Pyangsa, Moilan and Pyotchu.
The special camp was supervised by Litsenthung Kikon, EAC of Lotsu, and Thechamo Ovung, chairman of Lotsu Village Council, along with the active cooperation of Thungchio Lotha, supervisor of Aadhar Cell, Wokha district administration and Kidang Ovung, district coordinator of Ayushman Bharat PMJAY, Wokha.
A total of 73 Aadhaar enrolment and correction and 170 Ayushman Bharat registrations were made during the special camp.
